Grembed updates

New previews, small fixes and the occasional bit of nonsense. Follow along here, or add the feed to your RSS reader.

0.7.1

A backdrop for the achievement

Creator Journey previews get their own badge and gradient, with the profile still up front.

  • The achievement badge sits on the right, with its colours fading into dark blue on the left.
  • A faint Grembed mark sits behind the profile. The portrait, creator name and achievement details keep their space.
  • The preview page uses the same backdrop, whether the creator has a banner or not.
  • The artwork stays sharp after a cleanup pass, and smaller previews retain the creator’s portrait.

Creator Journeys, and more ways to use Grembed

Share a creator’s achievements, follow updates, or use Grembed from your own tools.

  • Creator Journey previews put the profile first, with compact achievement details explaining what the creator reached or published.
  • The new Tools page explains the public MCP connection, CLI and JSON API. Make links, read previews and follow updates without an account or token.
  • Updates now have their own page, permanent links and an RSS feed. The homepage keeps a short, expandable set of recent notes.
  • The FAQ is easier to scan, and the current version appears at the top and bottom of the site.
  • There’s also been a cleanup and performance pass behind the scenes.

A proper backdrop for bannerless profiles

No banner? Your profile picture’s colours make the background instead.

  • Profiles without a usable banner get a smooth gradient from their profile picture’s colours and Grembed’s blue and navy palette.
  • The circular portrait keeps its warm frame and soft shadow, with a small Grembed beanie in the corner.
  • Profiles with an uploaded banner keep their existing layout.

Both images in a profile preview

Your banner and profile picture now share one wide card.

  • The preview keeps the full banner and adds a circular portrait in the lower left, with a warm frame and soft shadow.
  • The same image is used across chat previews and Grembed’s public preview tools.
  • Changing either profile image refreshes the card used for new shares.

Share a Civitai profile with its bio, pictures and public counters.

  • Profile links work from civitai.com and civitai.red, including links to a creator’s content tabs.
  • Cards show the public bio, the counters selected by the creator, and eligible profile images.
  • Profile details come from the public .com page, while the shared link keeps the domain you started with.

Challenges, Crucibles, 3D models, and Radio

More of Civitai can be shared through Grembed, including its radio stations.

  • Challenges, Crucibles and 3D models get previews with their public text, eligible artwork and available counters.
  • Challenge and Crucible cards can show event state, entry counts and prize pools when those details are public.
  • Radio links work for the service and individual stations. Looking up a station never starts playback.
  • Existing cards show available public reactions, comments, downloads, likes, views and bookmarks.
